School's Literature Poem :(

-this few weeks JC tuition keep teaches us about relationship topics blablabla
makes me dont wanna hear or interested in the topic :(
haih.

here's the poem:

He Had Such Quiet Eyes
He had such quiet eyes
She did not realise
They were two pools of lies
Layered with thinnest ice
To her, those quiet eyes
Were breathing desolate sighs
Imploring her to be nice
And to render him paradise

If only she'd been wise
And had listened to the advice
Never to compromise
With pleasure-seeking guys
She'd be free "the hows and whys"

Now here's a bit of advice
Be sure that nice really means nice
Then you'll never be losing at dice
Though you may lose your heart once or twice

Meaning of Last paragraph
Now here's a bit of advice :
-ask us to be discerning to people

Nice really means nice:
-one must understand the true meaning of "nice"
-learn the intentions of the other party
-being nice on the surface could be a play to deceive
-physical love does not mean love

Losing at dice :
-putting oneself in a weak and defenseless position/failing to protect oneself from being hurt
-love is a gamble
-losing at a dice = falling in love
-in the beginning you will not know what you will get. If you play the game well, you will win even though you may lose now and then
-lose your heart =fall in love

You may lose your heart once or twice :
-You must take up the chance of falling in love but there is no guarantee.
You may win or lose but the experience will help you grow wiser. It is possible that you will find true love.
